What a fun week we have had in Nursery!
We have been learning our letter sounds and doing really well. We can sound out our favourite pet names e.g; c-a-t and d-o-g. We can also find/match the letters of our names.
We have started our Massage in Schools Programme each morning and the children are picking it up really quickly. Some of them are not quite sure yet but enjoy watching and can choose when to participate.

We tried painting with feathers....which was a lot messier than we'd thought!
Thank you to Helena who brought her little bird to visit...the children loved to see him and tried really hard to keep quiet in class while he was here
We did some sewing when making our cat or dog bags.

Next week we will be looking at Farm animals. If any of the children have toy farm animals or books in English they could bring them to class to share during carpet time.
We will be concentrating on new letters 's' and 'd'. We will be continuing with our massage and lots of other activities on our farm theme.
