Farm Animals
This week we have started on our Farm Animals. We have been learning the animal names and also those of their young. The children are doing really well naming them in English.
We have also been doing really well with our letter sounds with quite a few of the children being able to identify the initial sounds using picture cards, names and also identifying the letters.
Painting by squeezing udders....in our case rubber gloves!
Write dance with Miss Julia, the children love getting physical and using large movements using the ribbons
Next week we will be continuing with our Farm animals with lots more activities to do and reinforcing our number skills, and using the computer to count and name the animals as well as recoginising the inital sounds.
