Welcome Back!
We hope you all have had a lovely break and the children come back happy and eager for our last term in Nursery.
This term we will be doing lots of work to become prepared for Reception Class in September. We will be continuing to learn our letter sounds, with some of the children already beginning to blend and sound out words. Throughout the year we continue with maths, literacy, ICT, creative & expressive and physical development. I am sue by the end of term all of our littlest learners will be prepared for their move into Reception class.
We will be starting our new topic on Animals, beginning with Wild or Zoo animals. If your child has any books (In English) about wild animals we would be delighted to have them to share with the children during story time in class.
The blog is a little shorter this week with photos of our Easter celebrations.
Miss Julia and I both look forward to seeing you all again this week!
